A BILL

TO PROVIDE THAT ON THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ACT, THE NAME OF THE KERSHAW COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER IS HEREBY CHANGED TO KERSHAWHEALTH.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    On the effective date of this act, the name of the Kershaw County Medical Center is hereby changed to KershawHealth.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
