A HOUSE RESOLUTION

TO EXPRESS THE SINCERE SORROW OF THE MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES UPON THE DEATH OF EULA LYNN REMBERT OF SUMTER COUNTY, AND TO EXTEND THE DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO HER FAMILY AND TO HER MANY FRIENDS.

Whereas, the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives were deeply saddened to learn of the death of Eula Lynn Rembert on May 10, 2010; and

Whereas, born in Sumter, Lynn Rembert was the daughter of Pamela LeGrand Rembert and the late Julian Dubose Rembert, Jr.; and

Whereas, survivors include her mother of Sumter, a brother, Julian D. Rembert III (Karen) of Costa Rica; a sister, Janet Rembert Tomlinson (Eddie) of Athens, Georgia, four nephews; Dwight Tomlinson, Joshua Tomlinson, Daniel Tomlinson, and Bose Rembert IV, a niece, Blakeley Rembert; and several aunts and uncles; and

Whereas, this resident of Sumter was loved and respected by all those who knew her, and the death of this lovely lady at the age of forty-eight will leave a terrible void in the lives of her family and friends not easily filled; and

Whereas, the members of the House would like to extend their sincere condolences to the entire Rembert family in this time of loss. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, by this resolution, express their sincere sorrow upon the death of Eula Lynn Rembert of Sumter County, and extend their deepest sympathy to her family and to her many friends.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be provided to her mother, Pamela LeGrand Rembert.
