TO THANK MR. SAL HEMINGWAY FOR HIS LEADERSHIP AND DEDICATION TO PROMOTING THE GROWTH OF BOATING IN THIS STATE AND TO RECOGNIZE THE ECONOMIC REWARDS THAT HIS EFFORTS WILL BRING TO SOUTH CAROLINA.

Whereas, Mr. Sal Hemingway has been instrumental in the passage of legislation that promotes boating in South Carolina; and

Whereas, boaters and boating activities bring great economic reward to this State; and

Whereas, the legislation promoted by Mr. Hemingway will greatly impact the citizens of this State; and

Whereas, the Senate of South Carolina finds it fitting to thank Mr. Sal Hemingway for his leadership and dedication in promoting the growth of boating in this State. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the Senate:

That the Senate of South Carolina thanks Mr. Sal Hemingway for his leadership and dedication in promoting the growth of boating in this State and recognizes the economic rewards that his efforts will bring to South Carolina.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mr. Sal Hemingway.
