A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO REQUEST THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION NAME THE PORTION OF UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 278 IN ALLENDALE COUNTY FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 301 TO FEED LOT ROAD "LIEUTENANT WINSTON ROBINSON, JR. HIGHWAY" AND ERECT APPROPRIATE MARKERS OR SIGNS ALONG THIS HIGHWAY THAT CONTAIN THE WORDS "LIEUTENANT WINSTON ROBINSON, JR. HIGHWAY".

Whereas, Lieutenant Winston Robinson, Jr., was born in Allendale County on January 25, 1959, the son of Winston and Rosean Robinson, Sr.; and

Whereas, for twenty years he served his country with honor and distinction as a member of the United States Navy; and
