A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO APPROVE THE AMENDMENTS TO RULE 3 OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, AS PROMULGATED BY THE SOUTH CAROLINA SUPREME COURT AND SUBMITTED TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 4A, ARTICLE V OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THIS STATE.

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

That the amendments to Rule 3 of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, as promulgated by the South Carolina Supreme Court and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Section 4A, Article V of the Constitution of this State, are approved.
