To whom was referred a Concurrent Resolution (S. 748) to approve the amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the South Carolina Administrative Law Court, as promulgated by the Administrative Law Court and submitted to the General Assembly, etc., respectfully

REPORT:

That they have duly and carefully considered the same and recommend that the same do pass:

A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO APPROVE THE AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA ADMINISTRATIVE LAW COURT, AS PROMULGATED BY THE ADMINISTRATIVE LAW COURT AND SUBMITTED TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 1-23-650 OF THE 1976 CODE AND SECTION 4A, ARTICLE V OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THIS STATE.

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

That the amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the South Carolina Administrative Law Court, as promulgated by the Administrative Law Court and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Section 1-23-650 of the 1976 Code and Section 4A, Article V of the Constitution of this State, are approved.
