A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO APPROVE THE AMENDMENTS TO RULE 29 OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, AS PROMULGATED BY THE SOUTH CAROLINA SUPREME COURT AND SUBMITTED TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 4A, ARTICLE V OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THIS STATE.

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

That the amendments to Rule 29 of the South Carolina Rules of Criminal Procedure, as promulgated by the South Carolina Supreme Court and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Section 4A, Article V of the Constitution of this State, are approved.
