The Senate assembled at 11:00 A.M., the hour to which it stood adjourned, and was called to order by the ACTING PRESIDENT, Senator COURSON.

MOTION ADOPTED

On motion of Senator McGILL, with unanimous consent, the Senate stood adjourned out of respect to the memory of Mr. Justin Pringle Shealy, of Moncks Corner, S.C., a graduate of Camden Military Academy and a member of the U.S. Army, who passed away May 13, 2012.

ADJOURNMENT

At 11:15 A.M., on motion of Senator JACKSON, the Senate adjourned to meet next Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at 12:00 Noon.
