TO EXPRESS THE PROFOUND SORROW OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES UPON THE DEATH OF WILEY A. MOZINGO OF BISHOPVILLE AND TO EXTEND THE DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO HIS FAMILY AND MANY FRIENDS.

Whereas, the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives were deeply saddened to learn of the death of Wiley A. Mozingo of Bishopville on January 27, 2013, at the venerable age of ninety-three; and

Whereas, born the son of Reverend and Mrs. Wiley Alton Mozingo, Sr., W.A. Mozingo was a native of Lee County; and

Whereas, a young man of patriotic commitment, he heeded the call of his country to serve in World War II as a member of the United States Army; and

Whereas, he was a farmer and retired from the Lee County Sheriff's Department after twenty-four years of dedicated service; and
