A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO SUSPEND SECTION 6-27-30, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT FUND, FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015-2016.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    For Fiscal Year 2015-2016, Section 6-27-30 is suspended.

SECTION    2.    This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
