TO AMEND SECTION 2-1-35, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ELECTION DISTRICTS FROM WHICH MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES ARE ELECTED, SO AS TO REVISE DISTRICT 98 AND DISTRICT 109, TO FURTHER PROVIDE FOR THE MANNER IN WHICH THE LINCOLN PRECINCT IN DORCHESTER COUNTY IS REFLECTED IN BOTH DISTRICTS.
Amend Title To Conform
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Election District 98, as contained in Section 2-1-35 of the 1976 Code, is amended to read:
