A BILL

TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY REPEALING SECTIONS 58-36-60 AND 58-36-110 BOTH RELATING TO NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXCAVATE OR DEMOLISH.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Sections 58-36-60 and 58-36-110 of the 1976 Code are repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
