TO CONGRATULATE WILLIAM "BILL" FRANKLIN TRUESDALE, SR. UPON THE OCCASION OF HIS RETIREMENT FROM SANTEE DRUG CENTER IN ST. STEPHEN, TO COMMEND HIM FOR HIS YEARS OF DISTINGUISHED PUBLIC SERVICE, AND TO WISH HIM CONTINUED SUCCESS IN ALL HIS FUTURE ENDEAVORS.
Whereas, Bill Truesdale graduated from Spartanburg Methodist College in 1967, Wofford College in 1969, and the Medical University of South Carolina's College of Pharmacy in 1972; and
Whereas, Bill has worked at Santee Drug Center in St. Stephen, South Carolina since October of 1972 and became the owner and operator of the pharmacy in 1975; and
Whereas, he has been a member of the St. Stephen Town Council for the past ten years and serves as Finance Committee Chairman. He is a board member for St. Stephen Evangelical Church; and
Whereas, he lives with his wife, Carol, in St. Stephen. They have three sons and two grandchildren. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the Senate:
That the members of the South Carolina Senate, by this resolution, congratulate William "Bill" Franklin Truesdale, Sr. upon the occasion of his retirement from Santee Drug Center in St. Stephen.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to William "Bill" Franklin Truesdale, Sr.
