A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 1.B. OF ACT 57 OF 2013 AND SECTION 1 OF ACT 265 OF 2018 BOTH RELATING TO THE AUTOMATIC REPEAL OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA ABANDONED BUILDINGS REVITALIZATION ACT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    SECTION 1.B. of Act 57 of 2013 is repealed.

SECTION    2.    SECTION 1 of Act 265 of 2018 is repealed.

SECTION    3.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
