A bill
TO AMEND the code of laws of south carolina by amending chapter 8 of title 59, RELATING TO Education Scholarship Trust FundS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Chapter 8, Title 59 of the S.C. Code is amended to read:
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
