Smith: A BILL TO AMEND ARTICLE 3, CHAPTER 11, TITLE 55, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE GREENVILLE-SPARTANBURG AIRPORT DISTRICT AND COMMISSION, BY ADDING SECTION 55-11-240 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT LOCATED WITHIN A BUILDING ON THE GROUNDS OF THE GREENVILLE-SPARTANBURG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT WHERE THE POSSESSION, SALE, AND CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS BY THE DRINK IS PERMITTED ON ITS LICENSED PREMISES MAY APPLY FOR AND RECEIVE A TEMPORARY PERMIT AUTHORIZED BY SECTION 61-6-2010 TO ALLOW THE POSSESSION, SALE, AND CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS BY THE DRINK FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FOUR HOURS ON ITS LICENSED PREMISES IF ANY COUNTY WITHIN THE TERRITORY OF THE GREENVILLE-SPARTANBURG AIRPORT DISTRICT OR ANY MUNICIPALITY LOCATED WITHIN THE TERRITORY OF THE DISTRICT HAS APPROVED, BY REFERENDUM, THE ISSUANCE OF THESE TEMPORARY PERMITS.
