How did my Legislator vote?
Do you ever wonder how your Representative or Senator voted on a particular bill? The roll call votes that Legislators
cast are matters of public record and are recorded in the official Journals of the House and Senate. And as you
learned in last month's Feature of the Month, Journals are published to the legislative website after adjournment of each daily session,
therefore making the roll call votes accessible online.
What you may not know is that beginning with the 2011-2012 Legislative Session, roll call votes became even more accessible due to new features
on the legislative website. In just a matter of seconds you can now access votes cast by an individual Senator or Representative, see a complete
list of all votes recorded in the Senate or House, or find recorded votes on individual bills. Now, more than ever, it's easy and fast
to find out how your Legislator voted.
