Flag Day - June 14, 2010


    President Woodrow Wilson issued a proclamation in 1916 calling for a nationwide observance of Flag Day. President Harry S. Truman then signed an Act of Congress in 1949 that declared the 14th of June as National Flag Day. Check out the National Flag Day Foundation website to learn more about the history and traditions of Flag Day. Celebrate on June 14, 2010 by proudly displaying the U.S. flag.
