What is the Legislative Manual?

The Legislative Manual is published once a year by the South Carolina House Clerk's office. It is a compilation of biographies of the South Carolina House and Senate Members, Rules and Committees of the House and Senate, other special legislative data, as well as State, County and Federal Government Departments. The Manual may be purchased online at the South Carolina Legislature Online webstore. A printable version is available on the South Carolina Legislature Online website.
