A bill
to amend the south carolina code of laws by repealing section 24-23-10 relating to the development of a statewide case classification system and community-based correctional programs.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 24-23-10 of the S.C. Code is repealed.
SECTION 2.This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
