A house RESOLUTION

 

TO AUTHORIZE THE NATIONAL LEGISLATIVE SERVICES AND SECURITY ASSOCIATION (NLSSA) TO USE THE CHAMBER OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR ITS MEETING ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2023; HOWEVER, THE CHAMBER MAY NOT BE USED IF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES IS IN SESSION OR THE CHAMBER IS OTHERWISE UNAVAILABLE.

 

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

 

That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, by this resolution, authorize the National Legislative Services and Security Association (NLSSA) to use the chamber of the South Carolina House of Representatives for its meeting on Monday, September 25, 2023; however, the chamber may not be used if the House of Representatives is in session or the chamber is otherwise unavailable.

 

Be it further resolved that the State House security forces shall provide assistance and access as necessary for this meeting, in accordance with previous procedures.

 

Be it further resolved that no charges may be made for the use of the House chamber by NLSSA on this date.
