WHEREAS, Executive Order Number 97-15 was issued by the undersigned on March 28, 1997; and

WHEREAS, Gary Smith was incorrectly designated in Executive Order Number 97-15 as a School Board Member for Horry County.

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the authority vested in me as Governor of the State of South Carolina and pursuant to the Constitution and Laws of this State, it is Ordered that Executive Order Number 97-15 be and it hereby is modified to reflect Gary Smith as having been reinstated to his position as Horry County Superintendent of Schools.
