WHEREAS, the undersigned issued Executive Order Number 97-31 on September 30, 1997; and

WHEREAS, in the final paragraph of Executive Order Number 97-31, the County Council was improperly designated as the Greenwood County Council.

NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the authority vested in me by the Constitution and Statutes of this State, I hereby direct that the Horry County Council shall be substituted for the Greenwood County Council in the final paragraph of Executive Order 97-31, effective immediately.
