Amend the bill further, as and if amended, Section 1A, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION - EIA, page 355, paragraph 1A.43, line 28, by striking /on or after July 1, 2010/ and inserting /before July 1, 2011/
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
