EXPLANATION:

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 80A, BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD, page 476, after line 10 by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:

/80A.__ (BCB: 911 Dispatch) For the current fiscal year, a local government that imposes a monthly 911 charge for public safety communications may use the Individual PSAP Communications Facility portion of the funds for the lease, purchase, lease-purchase, or maintenance of emergency radios or other communications equipment so long as the radios or equipment are used to dispatch public safety services to the appropriate public safety agency./

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
