    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 21, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, page 390, paragraph 21.49, line 29-33, by striking the paragraph in its entirety and by inserting:
/     21.49.     (DHHS: Non-Generic Prescriptions) DELETED /
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
