Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 90, STATEWIDE REVENUE, page 538, after line 14, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/ 90.___. (SR: Additional Appropriations) In addition to the appropriations made in Part IA of this act and appropriations made in this section, there is appropriated to the Department of Employment and Workforce $105,000,000. The Department of Employment and Workforce must utilize the funds contained in this proviso to provide employers a rebate on premiums paid during Fiscal Year 2011 -2012. /
