Amend the bill further, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 86, AID TO SUBDIVISIONS-STATE TREASURER, page 486, after line 23, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/ (AS-TREAS: Circuit Solicitors & Drug Courts) All funds formerly received by the Prosecution Coordination Commission for distribution to the circuit solicitors offices for per capita judicial circuit state support, drug courts, or other special items associated with circuit solicitors shall be transferred to Aid to Subdivisions, State Treasurer. The State Treasurer is directed to distribute these funds as authorized in Part IA in the same manner as distributed in the prior fiscal year. Unexpended funds may be carried forward from the prior fiscal year into the current fiscal year and expended for the same purpose. /
