EXPLANATION: require the department of education to accept all funds available from the federal government
Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 1,
DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, page 340, after line 29, by adding an
appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/(SDE: Available Federal Funds) For Fiscal Year 2012-13,
the State Superintendent of Education shall be required to
accept, on behalf of the State of South Carolina, all federal
funds that are available to the State from the United States
Department of Education or from any other federal agency.

Amend totals and titles to conform.
