EXPLANATION: Allows Commerce to spend up to $500K of the Mortgage Settlement money on microenterprise initiates.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 90, STATEWIDE REVENUE, page 516, paragraph 90.19, line 32, by inserting after "Fund.":/The Department of Commerce may use up to $500,000 of these funds for microenterprise development initiatives./

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
