Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 90, STATEWIDE REVENUE, page 536, paragraph 90.20, after line 32, by inserting an appropriately numbered subsection:
/ (__) Notwithstanding the provisions of this paragraph, the amounts appropriated in subsection (B)(3) through subsection (B)(63) are reduced by thirty-three percent, and the amounts reduced by this subsection shall be deposited in the Tax Relief Reserve Fund. /
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
