Senator RICE proposed the following amendment (SA\394C022.DKA.SA17):
    Amend the bill, and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTIONS to read:

/     SECTION     ___.     Section 9-1-1790(A)(2)(b) of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 278 of 2012, is amended to read:

    "(b)     the member has attained the age of sixty-two years or thirty years of service at retirement; or"

SECTION     ___.     Section 9-11-90(4)(a)(ii)(B) of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 278 of 2012, is further amended to read:

    "(B)     the member has attained the age of fifty-seven years or thirty years of service at retirement; or"     /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
