Rep. COLE proposes the following Amendment No. 2 to H. 3358 (COUNCIL\CM\3358C003.GT.CM17):

Reference is to Printer's Date 2/9/17 -H.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Section 56-1-87, as contained in SECTION 1, by adding the following appropriately lettered subsection at the end:

\ ( )      The department shall issue a non-compliant credential to a person who opts not to have a REAL ID card, and meets the other requirements necessary to obtain a non-compliant credential. \
