Senator DAVIS proposed the following amendment (394R010.SP.TD):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 5, by striking line 20 and inserting:

/     increase in the employer contribution rate.
    (E)     When there is no longer an unfunded actuarial accrued liability (UAAL) of the system as determined by the annual actuarial valuation, all new employees must participate in a defined contribution retirement plan."             /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
