EXPLANATION: Prohibits Palmetto Pride from using funds for beautification projects.
Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 49,
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS, RECREATION & TOURISM, page 376, after
line 27, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to
read:
/(PRT: Palmetto Pride) The funds distributed through
Section 14-1-208(10) of the 1976 Code to the Governor's Task
Force on Litter shall only be utilized by Palmetto Pride for the
purpose of recycling, reducing litter, and education, and shall
not be used for beautification projects of any kind./
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
