The COMMITTEE on JUDICIARY proposed the following amendment (JUD0083.003):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 1, by striking line 39 and inserting:

    /         must be imprisoned not more than 5 years."         /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
