EXPLANATION: Reduce Other Operating Expenses by $7,500,000 to be redirected to the Local Government Fund.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IA, Section 23, MEDICAL UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH CAROLINA, page 65, line 34, opposite /Other Operating Expenses/ by decreasing the amounts in Columns 3 and 4 by:
     Column 3      Column 4
     7,500,000      7,500,000

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
