Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IA, Section 49, DEPT. OF PARKS, RECREATION & TOURISM, page 142, line 8, opposite /Advertising/ by decreasing the amount(s) in Columns 3 and 4 by:

     $5,000,000      $5,000,000

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
