Senator SHEHEEN proposes the following amendment (DAD 109.10 EXCEPTIONAL NEEDS):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 109, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, page 465, proviso 109.10, line 32, by striking /eleven/ and inserting /twelve/    
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
