Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding and appropriately numbered SECTION to read:
/ SECTION __. Article 1, Chapter 29, Title 59 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:
"Section 59-29-85.
The physical education requirements of Section 59-29-80
may not satisfied by the means of instruction delivered through
the South Carolina Virtual School program or other online or
virtual means, except when a student:
(1) is physically
challenged, meaning the student has an individualized education
program that would be compromised by taking physical education
coursework unless the coursework is delivered online or in
another virtual format; or
(2) objects on
religious grounds." /
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend title to conform.
