EXPLANATION:

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 510, after line 3, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/      (GP: Suspend Portions of Act 388)      For Fiscal Year 2018-19, Sections 12-36-1110,
11-11-156, 12-37-220(B)(47), and 6-1-320 of the 1976 Code are suspended.      /

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
