    Amend the amendment bearing the file path (3548CBH15), as and if amended, by striking Section 44-41-610(C) and inserting the following:

/         (C) This article prohibits abortion for any reason excluding rape, incest and the life of the mother.     /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
