EXPLANATION:

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 510, after line 3, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:

/      (GP: Online Audit Report)      A County or municipality receiving a distribution from the local government fund pursuant to this act, shall post a copy of its annual financial audit report on the website maintained by the county or municipality, as applicable. If the report is not timely posted, funds distributed by the Comptroller General to the county or municipality, as applicable, in the county or municipalty's fiscal year must be withheld pending receipt of a copy of the report.      /
