Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by adding after line 26 on page 3:
/ Section 44-41-640. No public funds shall be appropriated or allocated to defend this law in the event it is challenged in court. In the event this law is challenged in court, the Taxpayer Defense Litigation Fund shall be established in the amount of one million dollars. The Taxpayer Defense Litigation Fund shall be funded solely from the salaries of members the House or Senate who approved this bill in equal amounts." /
