Amend the document containing the following document path (9214R003.SP.WC), as and if amended, by striking SECTION 7 and inserting the following:

As of the effective date of this act, all sales tax and use tax remitted by marketplace facilitators to the State pursuant to this act must be transferred to the Classroom Teacher Fund at the State Department of Education and distributed to school districts to increase equally the base salary of each classroom teacher. /
