Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered new SECTION to read:
/ SECTION __. A. The Commission on Higher Education shall submit the provisions of Section 59-29-130, as amended by this act, to the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges and request an advisory opinion as to whether such provisions can be incorporated into degree requirements without infringing on the accreditation process, as required by Section 59-29-130(C)(2).
B. This SECTION takes effect upon approval by the Governor. /
