    Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 4, by striking lines 30 through 32 and inserting:

    /         (2)     for a second or subsequent offense, by imprisonment not exceeding one year, by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars and not more than one thousand dollars, or by both."         /
