EXPLANATION: The University of South Carolina shall use appropriated funds for undergraduate African American recruitment, for African American recruitment for the USC Medical School, and for African American recruitment for the USC School of Law

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 20, UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH CAROLINA, page 348, after line 33, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/(USC: African American Recruitment) the University of South Carolina shall utilize the funds appropriated to or authorized for the university to recruit undergraduate African American students, to recruit African American students at the Medical School, and to recruit African American students at the School of Law./
