PROVISIONS, page 522, after line 12, by adding an appropriately
numbered paragraph to read:

In the current fiscal year and from the
funds appropriated or authorized to the Department of Revenue,
the department shall consider an establishment as a business
that is bona fide engaged primarily and substantially in the
preparation and serving of meals if the establishment meets all
criteria required by law and generates at least 15% of its
revenue from the sale of food./
