EXPLANATION: The University of South Carolina must receive a match for the $15,000,000 appropriated for the School of Medicine Relocation before they can expend the funds.
Amend the joint resolution, as and if amended, Section 1, page
3, after line 38, by inserting an appropriately numbered section
to read:
/ SECTION . Prior to expending the $15,000,000 appropriated in
item (14) H270 - University of South Carolina Columbia School of
Medicine Relocation, the funds must be matched 1:1 by a private
entity or irrevocable escrow by the University. /
Renumber items and sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
